Fiberglass grid lamination
Using 8 × 16 mesh fiberglass mesh (8 fibers per inch in the warp direction and 16 fibers per inch in the weft direction), pre composite with PVA adhesive and kraft paper.

Starch glue+CMC mixed glue solution is uniformly coated on the back of the substrate through a gravure coating machine.
Drying and shaping
60-80 ℃ hot air segmented drying, controlling moisture content ≤ 5%.
